What we collect when you ask for access, and what happens to it.

What the request form collects

Your name, your company name, your email address, and the answers you give about how you sell: which marketplaces, what runs your fulfilment, how many stock locations you have, whether you sell kits, which country and currencies you trade in, and roughly how many orders a month. Nothing else.

We use those answers for one thing: to work out which parts of the product would work for you today and which are still being built, so we can tell you before you accept an invite rather than after.

What happens to it

It is stored on our own server, which is the same server the product runs on. It is read by the person who decides whether to set you up, and by nobody else. We do not sell it, share it with anyone, or use it to advertise to you.

If we set you up, the request stays attached to your workspace as a record of how it started. If we do not, the request stays until you ask us to delete it.

If you become a customer

Your workspace holds the data we read from the marketplaces you connect — orders, refunds, fees, products, stock — and the credentials you enter for those connections. Credentials are encrypted and are never written to a log. Customer contact details come from your fulfilment platform, never from a marketplace, which is a deliberate choice: it keeps us out of the restricted-data programmes that would give us more of your buyers' information than we need.

Each customer's data is separated at the database level, and no customer's account can read another's.

Asking us to delete it

Email partharockz001@gmail.com and we will delete your request, or export and then delete a workspace. We will confirm when it is done.
